Take a look at some of the pictures from the building dedication ceremony that was held to honor Chief Fred Stanley. Hundreds attended this absolutely fitting tribute to the retired fire chief of the Hope Valley Wyoming FD who gave 67 years to the department, 51 as the Fire Chief. The Frederick A. Stanley Fire Headquarters building is officially named and Chief Stanley was giving interviews and posing for pictures with his friends and family. We couldn’t be happier for our good friend and mentor. Amazing man!

Attention Fire Department advocates for senior citizens in your jurisdiction
Please plan to attend this annual conference focused on providing up to date information on how you can assist senior citizens in your jurisdiction. Each year, the Citizens Commission for the Safety and Care of the Elderly sponsors this conference. As chairman of that commission, I would really like to see a strong showing from the fire service personnel who are charged with helping this extremely important part of our community. The invitation flyer is below. It has all of the information you need, but as always, feel free to contact me with any questions.
We are also looking for one special fire department elderly advocate who would like to be part of a panel discussion at the conference. We are hoping to have that advocate explain his duties and experiances associated with this important position. Call me at 401-692-0795 or email me at email@example.com if you are interested.
